LIND + ALMOND is an internationally-acclaimed interior and furniture design studio founded by Pernille Lind and Richy Almond. We work on some of the most prestigious global hospitality projects.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to assist in the growth of our interior design studio and furniture collection.

Salary — Dependant on experience
Term — Full time or part time considered on a freelance basis
Start date — ASAP
Location — Old Street, London & Field Based

Qualifications

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce Graphic Design, or related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the sectors of interior design / architecture / high-end furniture retail.

Skills

  • Experience using social media platforms and tools. Instagram,  Pinterest, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Tiktok, and appropriate scheduling tools.

  • Experience in photographing and videoing engaging, brand appropriate content.

  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Strong visual and written communication skills.

  • Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. 

  • Experience with email marketing platforms including Mailchimp and others.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create, plan, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

  • Content Creation: Design and produce high quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with company brand aesthetics and tone of voice. 

  • Audience Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community to build a positive relationship with audiences.

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC advertising and social media ads. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.

  • SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and manage Google Ads campaigns.

  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to encourage leads, promote new products, and maintain customer relationships. Design email templates, manage email lists, and analyse campaign performance.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and digital marketing campaign performance. Compile regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

  • Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility. 

  • Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with the design and product teams to showcase projects, products, and behind the scenes processes.

  • Website Management: Ensure the company website is up to date, user friendly, and optimised for new project and product sale conversions. 

  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to assist in the growth of our furniture collection.

This is a shared role with our sister company NOVOCASTRIAN.

Salary — Dependant on experience
Term — Full time
Start date — ASAP
Location — Old Street, London & Field Based

What you should have…

  • a minimum of three years’ of industry experience working in luxury furniture sales

  • a proven track record of self-initiated sales of customisable furniture

  • a comprehensive contact list of interior design and architectural clients

  • a good understanding of furniture manufacturing

  • drive and determination to hit ambitious targets

  • an ability to compile professional documents for presentation to clients

  • a proactive, positive and professional attitude

  • excellent presentation skills

  • an ability to perform to a high level under pressure

  • a passion for interior and furniture design

  • two suitable industry references
