The Newman, Fitzrovia, London

LIND + ALMOND were approached in 2021 by hospitality group, Kinsfolk & Co, to create a distinctly elevated hotel experience in London.

Our approach has been to create something that fits seamlessly into the unique urban fabric of the area, whilst being fresh and attractive to both visitors and locals alike. The hotel will feature 81 rooms, suites and apartments, along with a European brasserie, cocktail bar, spa and event spaces.

Inspired by Fitzrovia’s architectural style which is an intriguing tapestry of Victorian nuances and Art Deco touches, we were also captivated by the stories of the intellectually curious characters that called it home in its golden years of the 20s-50s. 

The Newman will open its doors in the winter of 2024.
